*Payments can be made at each meeting. Except for the non-refundable $100 deposit due date all other payment amounts can be made at your discretion. 

***Only non-refundable if we get enough students to have the trip.  We need a minimum of 20 to go.  Deposits will be returned if that number is not reached by the deadline date and we have to cancel the trip.   The deadline date is the date we have to submit the non-refundable deposit for the Bus and Hotels.
